Description: Pale straw yellow colour with pale greenish tinges. Refined, slightly aromatic nose with green floral hints and fruity undertones; dry and fresh on the palate, with excellent character.
Matching with food: Pasta with courgettes and prawns, grilled vegetables, smoked trout.
